Project Himalaya Everest Expedition 2007 dispatchesHello! Above is Everest from the Pang La. This is our 4th Everest expedition and approximately our 20th 8000m expedition. Summits!Philippe and Ngima Chhiri summitted on 24 May and Kirsti, Kevin and Jamie with Nima Tshering (again) and Mindu on 5 June!
See Philippe Gatta's 10 minute video of the expedition. Our expeditionsThe Project Himalaya Everest Expedition 2007 is a team of five climbers plus Jamie as expedition leader. We also have some North Col (7010m), Lhakpa Ri (7045m) climbers and three Everest ABC (6400m) trekking teams, and a couple of expedition member friends' for a 15 day Tibet tour. DCXP Mountain Journeys also has an Everest Expedition lead by Duncan Chessell and assisted by Eric Remza. Originally we planned one joint expedition but now have one each, so we are working very closely with them and our base camps are beside each other. Here is a direct link to the DCXP dispatches.
