Landcruiser'ing Lhasa to Base Camp

We took four days from Lhasa to Base Camp, including one rest day for proper acclimatization.

Did I tell you I love my new camera; it is hard to choose the shots, Tibet is so photogenic. Here are a selection taken on the road; shots where I challenged myself.

Even well-maintained Landcruisers sometimes break down; here our driver (whose name escapes me) ties up the steering shock absorber. He fixed it properly at lunchtime.
